Customized Web Forms

Select from standard fields such as email, name, address, phone, company, occupation or age. There is an option to specify if a field is required. You can also define your own fields. Custom fields can be text input, radio button, check box or selection lists. You specify both the field name and the field label.

Relevant Tools generates the HTML that you place on your web page. You don't have to be technical to use Relevant Tools, but if you are, you can modify the generated HTML to get the exact look and feel that you desire for your custom web form.
